This multivitamin has been going viral on Tik Tok all year, so of course, I had to try it. Let me just say, it is 100% worth the hype! It tastes great, is vegan friendly, and contains ingredients for hormonal health and hair growth. What’s not to love? I mix it with a little bit of fresh juice every morning, and it helps me get a lot of the extra vitamins I don’t get enough of in my diet. Perfect!
Ankle Weights
This year, I upgraded to 3 lb. ankle weights, and they have truly enhanced my walks and workouts! The extra weight adds more resistance and adds a little umph to low impact walks and workouts. If you’re looking to upgrade your workouts, these ankle weights are the perfect investment!
Exercise Band Resistance Loops
Another upgrade to my fitness regime has been these resistance loops. They make the perfect addition to leg day, and I love using them for squats, kicks, and Pilates mat work. This book series by Laurie Gilmore has been trending on Tik Tok since Fall, and I’ve read ALL OF THEM! They are completely worth the hype! If you are a lover of small-town, spicy romance, the Dream Harbor book series is for you! Every single book is heartwarming and cute, and I’m officially obsessed! There are two more books in this series out for pre-order now, and I can’t wait to get them!
The Greene Sisters Book Series
Another amazing romance series I’ve been into this year is the Greene Sisters Series by Kristina Forest. This series has been trending on Black booktok, and I understand why! The books are relatable, cute, and romantic, and the plot is very well written and easy to read. The third book in the series is out for preorder right now, and I can’t wait to read it in 2025!
