Journaling can be a great way to express and understand yourself. I have been journaling consistency for over a year now, and it has helped so much with self-awareness and growth, especially if you are on a spiritual journey. I journal about gratitude, affirmations, things I want to manifest, goals I have, prayers, the woman I want to become, and any important day-to-day events.
