I love Amazon! And honestly, being able to get things the next day with Amazon Prime is one of the things that got me through this pandemic. I love reading about other blogger’s Amazon faves, so I’ve decided to share my own! From necessities to fun things and everything in between, here are my best Amazon purchases of 2020.

1. Milk Frother
I bought this milk frother when the viral “Tik Tok coffee” emerged, and I’m glad I did! It works great for all different types of coffee drinks or even pre-workout powder. This particular frother is battery operated and easy to clean. So, if you make a lot of coffee, get this frother today!
2. Acrylic and Velvet Jewelry Box
This jewelry box is cute, spacious, and durable. I bought it over the summer, and it can hold all of my rings, bracelets, and enamel pins. My sister has the same one, and she has it on display because it is just that aesthetically pleasing. And for this price? You have to get it!
3. Alkaline Herbal Medicine Book
If you’re interested in herbal medicine, Alkaline herbs, or Dr. Sebi, this book is for you. It teaches all about the benefits of different herbs, as well as doses and best ways to ingest them. This book is very interesting and informative, and I definitely purchased some new herbs for my collection after giving it a read!
4. Velvet Scrunchies
Okay, I know what you’re thinking…do you really need 50 velvet scrunchies? And the answer is…no. I actually bought these scrunchies for gift bags for my students, but I wish I could keep them for myself! They are so soft and come in so many beautiful colors. As a 90’s girl, I still love scrunchies. And the cute, pink bag comes with them! Where else can you find 50 scrunchies for under $10?
5. Bluetooth Shower Speaker
My sister bought me this speaker for Christmas, and it is exactly what I needed to elevate my shower experience. This mini Bluetooth speaker is waterproof, which makes it perfect for bathrooms. It comes with a USB charger, so it’s easy to use. Trust me, you need it.
6. Faux Leather Ankle Booties
These booties are definitely one of my favorite Amazon purchases of 2020, and I even got a pair for my mom! They are faux leather, with a super soft velvet lining, and they are really comfortable! The only con is that they slip on rather than zip, but if you’re cool with that, then you’ll love these stylish booties.
7. Electric Candle Lighter
This electric candle lighter is everything I didn’t know I needed. I had to include it on my favorites list because I use it every. single. day. I used to use regular lighters for my candles, but they were constantly running out, so I got this! When it runs low, you just recharge it via USB, and it is safe and easy to use. If you are a candle hoarder (like me), you definitely need this lighter!
8. Non-slip Resistance Bands (for Booty Workouts)
My sister bought this set of resistance bands to enhance our lower body workouts, and OMG! These babies really work! They come with 3 different resistance levels and a mesh bag for storage. The best thing about these bands is that they are non-slip, so they stay in place throughout your exercise. And did I mention that it costs less than $20 for the entire set? Get started on those 2021 goals with these resistance bands!
9. Half Wigs
Over the course of 2020, I have seen half wigs or headband wigs making a HUGE comeback! So, I purchased two of them on Amazon this year. The first one (pictured above) is the Outre Synthetic Half Wig Quick Weave Big Beautiful Hair 3C-Whirly in the shade DR30. I love this wig! It is easy to apply, fits well, and doesn’t tangle. The second half wig I bought is the Senstationnel Half Wig Alpha Woman (pictured below). This half wig is more of a natural/blow dried texture, and it has beautiful layers. Just like the first wig, it is easy to style (I wore it with a headband), and it is comfortable to wear all day. If you want to switch up your look, but you aren’t that wig savvy, try one of these half wigs. They are both less than $50!
10. Headbands
To go along with the half wigs, I also purchased some headbands from Amazon. This set is cute, comfortable, and has a nice variety. My mom and my sister even use them, too! And, it’s only $12.99 for 12 headbands…you do the math!
11. Gel Nail Polish
When the world shut down back in March, I was forced to do my own manicures, and these gel polishes from Amazon have been my saving grace! I ordered two more sets of colors because I love them so much. They are smooth, vibrant, and dry easily under a UV lamp with just two coats. I swear, I could not have made it through the year without them!
12. Nail Drill Set
Along with the gel polish, I also found this nail drill on Amazon. I kid you not, this just may be my best purchase this year! Now that I am doing my acrylic nails at home, this nail drill is my best friend. It is professional quality and beginner friendly. When I needed it back in March, it came in two days, for less than $40. I don’t think it could get any better than this!
13. Reusable Makeup Remover Pads
Over the course of this year, I’ve been switching to more sustainable options, such as washable snack bags and produce bags, and I decided to stop buying makeup remover wipes. I found these reusable makeup remover pads on Amazon, and I’m impressed! The black side is for removing makeup and the white side is for toning. They are easy to wash in the washing machine, and they come with their own little bag. I’ve washed them a good number of times, and they are still clean and durable. If you’re looking for more ways to help the oceans, I suggest switching to these babies!
14. Satin Kimono Robe
This satin robe is so cute and comfortable, that I also bought it for my mom and sister for Valentine’s Day! It comes in so many different colors, and it is so silky and soft. This robe is true to size, and it definitely feels like it is more expensive than it actually is. I totally recommend getting one for yourself and all of your friends!
15. Fleece-Lined Leggings
My sister has been trying to put me on to fleece-lined leggings for years, and apparently, I am just late to the game. These leggings are great quality, warm, and super soft. I’m wearing the black ones as I type this right now! Also, these leggings have become my favorite “work from home” pants. They are so comfy and cozy, and I LOVE them!
16. Stainless Steel Coffee Mug
I love this little mug, and not just because it’s so cute! It’s well insulated, so it keeps my coffee warm, and the top flip for drinking through a straw when you need the coffee faster! It is great quality, easy to clean, and the handle makes it perfect for on-the-go drinking. And the best part is…this mug is less than $10!
17. Eyebrow Razors
There’s nothing too special about these eyebrow razors except the fact that they’re cute colors, come in a pack of 90, and do their job. They work well, and they have come in clutch since the waxing places have closed. So, if your brows are on the struggle bus, get yourself these razors, girl!
18. Wall Mount Jewelry Organizer
This jewelry organizer is amazing! It is a nice white color, easy to mount, and can handle all of my chunky necklaces and sunglasses! I’m telling you, this thing can hold it all! It looks so cute in my room, and I totally recommend it.
19. Jade Roller Gua Sha Set
This jade roller and Gua Sha make my skincare routine seem so luxurious! The set is great quality, and it helps with puffiness and circulation on my face. When I use this roller, I feel like I’m at a spa! 10/10!
20. Crossbody Shoulder Bag
Okay, if the nail drill is my best purchase, this purse is second place! I can say that I have officially found my new favorite bag, and I even bought it in a nude/tan color as well! It is faux leather, great quality, durable, and spacious. I cannot even express how much I love this purse! If you are looking for a super affordable dupe for Angela Roi, this is it!
